  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen fruit: pineapple, papaya, mango, or berries.

Instructions:

1. If the sprouted oats are a little firm, let them soak for a few minutes in the plant-based milk to soften them.

2. In a blender, add the sprouted oats, plant-based milk, and basmati rice water. Blend until smooth.

3. Add the banana and the fruit of your choice. Blend again until the texture is creamy.

4. If you want extra fiber, add the seeds or nuts and mix for a couple more seconds.

5. Serve immediately. You can add ice if you prefer it colder.
