Los envíos se realizan dentro del territorio colombiano, a la dirección indicada por el comprador. Los tiempos de entrega pueden variar según la ubicación, disponibilidad y condiciones logísticas. RSJ Management no se responsabiliza por retrasos o daños ocasionados por causas ajenas a su control (clima, transporte, etc.), aunque siempre brindará acompañamiento al cliente para resolver cualquier incidencia.

8. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of organic and sprouted products, returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

If the product is damaged, in poor condition, or does not match the description.

Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery, sending photographic evidence to our customer service email.

Return and Refund Policy

(For sprouting products — Soul, Roots & Life)

Scope

This policy applies to all sprouting orders purchased through our website https://www.rsjmt.com
or https://rsjmt.com/product-category/germinados/ under the “sprouting” product category.

Deadline for requesting a return or refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

If the product is damaged, defective, or in a condition that does not match the description, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been received (unless there is a defect).

Eligibility Conditions

For a product to be considered for a return or refund, the following must be met:

-The order and its receipt must be properly documented.

-Send photographs showing the defect, damage, or poor condition of the product to our customer service email.

-The product must not have been consumed (or at least, evidence of its condition at the time of delivery must be preserved).

-You may be asked to have the defective or damaged product available for inspection, or, failing that, sufficient evidence will be accepted.

What we do not accept

-Sprouts that have been consumed or show signs of having been handled after delivery and before the problem was reported.

-Claims made after the indicated deadline (24 hours).

-Products damaged due to handling other than during transport or improper storage at the destination.

Return or refund process::
a) Contact our customer service at info@rsjmt.com and provide: order number, delivery date, description of the problem, and attach photos.
b) Once verified, we will confirm whether a return or refund is applicable.
c) If a refund is due, it will be issued to the same payment method used, within up to X business days after approval (determine the number based on your transactions).
d) If a product replacement is due (when applicable), we will coordinate the shipment of a new batch.

Return Shipping Costs

Since our products are perishable, in the case of a proven defect or damage, we assume the return or collection costs. In cases of change of mind (not covered by this policy), the customer would assume the shipping costs—but as noted, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Additional Guarantees and Responsibilities

If the product does not match the description (variety, quantity, quality), the provisions of this policy apply.

We are not responsible for improper storage at the destination that causes deterioration after delivery.

This policy is offered in addition to any applicable consumer rights in the USA and Colombia.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy as necessary. The changes will be published on our website and will take effect for subsequent orders.
